    I went out and baught a rc car batterie with a charger and i place all the neon wireing together and place a male connection on the neon wires so it would fit into the female batterie pack

  3. scbjgs Says:

    What dose the Boost bottle do ?

  12. Gatorsrok Says:

    @jewelrycasa Thanks duude! haha

  13. jewelrycasa Says:

    @Gatorsrok
    I used the 66c-70cc boost bottle. The “80cc” engine is really roughly about 67 or 68cc’s. The measured bore and stroke are close to that number even though they are sold as 80cc. Not sure why they do that but it is what it is.

    @hissy08
    I used the stock muffler apart from I cut a lot of the baffle out – not all of it – to allow a small backpressure. I know that there are some expansion chambers at boostbottleindustriesDOTcom. Never tried one of those. I just modded my stock muffler and it worked well.

  15. Gatorsrok Says:

    which boost bottle did you get from the boostbottleindustriesDOTcom??? the 66cc-70cc? or the 78cc-80cc?? thx

  16. hissy08 Says:

    what muffler

  17. hoffdadie Says:

    could u post a video or direct me to a video of how to install it?

  18. crazyfvck Says:

    I prefer to use the intake pipes sold on eBay that have a built in barb for a boost bottle. Looks cleaner, and you don’t have to tap anything. Plus they’re pretty cheap.

  19. firmclock Says:

    take the cap off u will get more power i did with mine

  20. MrJoesmoe49 Says:

    @MrJoesmoe49 . Now, when the intake valve closes, the kinetically charged air abruptly has nowhere to go, making a high-difficulty area.

  21. MrJoesmoe49 Says:

    It’s function is to absorb & release difficulty pulses within the intake vein, assisting engine breathing. Now an explanation of exactly what goes on involves a lot of physics and a excellent appreciative of fluid dynamics & difficulty zones, but can be clarified rather straightforwardly.During the intake stroke, air is sucked through the intake manifold and into the port at a considerable velocity. Because of this velocity, the air is said to have relative inertia

  22. KokkosErik Says:

    @jewelrycasa Does it go any quicker with the boost bottle? thanks

  23. DuctTapedGoat Says:

    Holy crap, your drive chain looks sloppy loose in this vid… >_>

  24. thepolarpandabear Says:

    Clean I got one of these small engines for Christmas I just have to wate till spring to place it all together

  25. robiniroven Says:

    something i have learned by using boost bottles is that they work better with shorter tubes :)

  26. anythingnitro Says:

    take the clutch cover off, (on the left hand side of the motor) pack a small high temp grease on the gears, also on the inside of the cover were the mounting plate is.
    This will stop that nasty rattle noise also stop the metal frictionsond, and inturn help you motor last longer,

    Also take the end of your exhaust of and clean nearly the baffle and as far in you can reach with a rag, this will stop the build up of unburnt oil and inturn help you engine stay healthier for longer:)

  27. MaxXxiking93 Says:

    terrible exhaust!

  28. NASTYTHEBOY Says:

    are theese any quick!? i seen them all over the place :p

  29. wesleyjudd Says:

    hey my clutch is not approaching in properly! any suggestions?

  30. Helmetcam Says:

    nicely done. I’ve been checking some of these things out because they look like so much fun. Thanks for redeployment.

  31. 883gilmour Says:

    so what is that a 2.5 litre tank? get the expansion chamber

  32. 721069 Says:

    @jewelrycasa

    Right but you can get jets compatible for them with no problem.
