Agreement to Terms: By using the Pocketrides platform, you agree to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms, access to content monetization and the platform is prohibited.
Use of the Platform: You may use the Pocketrides platform only in accordance with these terms, and any applicable laws. You are responsible for your own use of the platform and for ensuring that your use complies with these terms. Any content that falls into the categories below is not qualified for monetization and could result in a post being flagged as nsfw or removed from the platform.
Illegal Products and services
- Illegal drugs, substances to mimic illegal drugs, or equipment used to make illegal drugs
- Fake ID or Fake Reference providing services
- Telecommunication manipulation equipment
- Any content that partakes, encourages, or promotes unlawful violence or physical harm against one's person, property or engages in, encourages, promotes, or celebrates harm towards any group based on race, religion, disability, gender identity, gender, sexual orientation, national origin or any other immutable characteristic
- Any other acts that are unlawful in the jurisdictions where you are located or doing business in
Products and services that infringe intellectual property rights
- Anything promoting the sale or distribution of music, movies, software, or any other licensed materials without appropriate authorization
- Unauthorized sale of brand name or designer products or services
- Any other content that directly infringe or facilitate infringement upon the trademark, patent, copyright, trade secrets, proprietary or privacy rights of any third party
Products and services that are unfair, predatory, or deceptive
- Pyramid schemes
- ‘Get rich quick’ schemes including: investment opportunities or other content that promise high rewards to mislead consumers; schemes that claim to offer high rewards for very little effort or up front work; sites that promise fast and easy money; businesses that make outrageous claims, use deceptive testimonials, use high-pressure upselling, and/or use fake testimonials; (with or without a written contract) offering unrealistic incentives/rewards as an inducement to purchase products or services but do not respond to any queries after the purchase
- No value added services including sale or resale of a service without added benefit to the buyer and resale of government offerings without authorization or added value
- Predatory mortgage consulting, lending, credit repair and counseling services
- Predatory investment opportunities with no or low money down
- Remote technical support; mugshot publication or pay-to-remove sites; essay mills; chain letters; door-to-door sales
Adult content and services
- Pornography and other mature audience content (including literature, imagery and other media) depicting nudity or explicit sexual acts
- Adult services including prostitution, escorts, pay-per view, sexual massages, and adult live chat features
- Adult video stores
- Gentleman's clubs, topless bars, and strip clubs
Certain legal services
- Law firms collecting funds for purposes other than legal service fee payment
- Bankruptcy attorneys
- Bail bonds
Firearms, explosives and dangerous materials
- Guns, gunpowders, ammunitions, weapons, fireworks and other explosives
- Peptides, research chemicals, and other toxic, flammable and radioactive materials
Gambling
- Games of chance including gambling, internet gambling, sweepstakes and contests, fantasy sports leagues with for a monetary or material prize
- Sports forecasting or odds making with a monetary or material prize
- Lotteries
- Bidding fee auctions
Cannabis and cannabis industry
- Cannabis products
- Cannabis dispensaries and related businesses
- Products containing any amount of CBD/THC
Political Speech and Content
- Campaigns for any kind of elected office
- Political speech for or against any one candidate or political party
- Posts that may condone or imply committing acts of violence on behalf of a politician or political party
Additional Restricted Activities
- Extended warranties and subscriptions over one year
- Sex toys (sorry ☹️)
- Unregistered charities
Content:
You are solely responsible for any content that you post on the Pocketrides platform. You will not post content that is illegal or in violation of any laws. You will not post content that infringes on the rights of any third party, including but not limited to intellectual property rights and privacy rights.
Monetization:
Pocketrides reserves the right to restrict monetization of any content that violates these terms and conditions.
Termination:
Pocketrides reserves the right to terminate your account or your access to the platform at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms or policies published in the future.
Disclaimers:
The Pocketrides platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the platform or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the platform for any purpose.
Limitations of Liability:
In no event will Pocketrides be liable for any loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this platform.
Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify and hold Pocketrides, its affiliates, and its and their respective officers, agents, partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Pocketrides platform in violation of these terms and/or arising from a breach of these terms and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above.
